Craftsmanship
We employ the highest level of
craftsmanship in the production of
each of our mantels. Using a high speed computerized
CNC router we cut out our products from MDF and many
species of hardwoods to precision tolerances. As a
result, your surround will fit together as designed and will not
require sanding.
Materials
We purchase only the finest materials for
use in our products. We use quality MDF for durable,
long-lasting, and accurate paint-grade products. Our paint-grade
products are precision cut and sanded, ready for
painting.
Our hand-selected kiln-dried hard and soft
woods are top-of-the-line in quality, with each piece chosen for its
beautiful grain pattern. Our fireplace mantels and mantel shelves
made of hardwood are shipped ready for staining and lacquering.

of the typical custom price.
